Living Room/Dining Room: spacious living/dining room comfortably furnished with a three piece suite and easy chairs, a dining table and chairs to seat 6, and books, pictures and other objects which reflect the taste of the owners and their family. There is an open gas fire, central heating, reading lamps, a TV, DVD player and music system.

Kitchen: modern, well-equipped galley kitchen with under-counter fridge, dishwasher and automatic washer/dryer, microwave, five-burner, double-oven gas cooker; back door opening onto the rear patio and garden.

Bathroom: attractive modern bathroom with bidet and power shower over bath.

Bedroom 3: 4' double bed; window facing Cathedral.

Upstairs:

Master Bedroom: double bedroom with washbasin and glorious views over the garden, the Cathedral and towards the rocky coastal outcrop of Carn Llidi.

Bedroom 2: single bedroom with low beams.

Landing Bedroom: single bed in alcove, curtained off and with views over garden and surrounding countryside towards Carn Llidi.

Upstairs WC: toilet and washbasin.

Heating: full gas central heating, with radiators in every room and a real gas fire in the living room - fuel all inclusive.

Telephone: for incoming and 999 calls only.

Internet Access: Free wireless broadband is available. If you intend to use the Wi-Fi, please download, print and sign the conditions of Wi-Fi use and return it to us with your deposit. We will then give you a password to access the service.

Parking: ample parking immediately opposite Yewdale cottage.

Accessibility: The main bathroom and one bedrom are on the ground floor which is all on one level with no steps. There is a handrail on the stairs. There are three steps up with sturdy handrails from the patio to the garden. There is car-parking directly opposite the cottage with 5 disabled spaces.

Outside: sheltered patio with barbecue and washing line. Attractive private garden with garden furniture and delightful views. Side gate to the garden gives easy access for prams, dogs, etc., to the car park and the footpath down to Cathedral.

Yewdale Cottage is a family home - the owners have sons and dogs themselves and so welcome well-behaved children and dogs!

Cleaning/towels/linen: Beds have duvets. Bed linen is included. Towels are available on request (a charge is made for this service). The property is cleaned and beds made up before guests arrive. The caretaker can be contacted in the rare event of any problem arising

The cottage will be available to guests from 4 pm on the day of arrival.

Guests are requested to vacate the property by 10 am on the day of departure.

The cottage may be available for weekend/short breaks in the winter.
